Tables & Chairs- We provide tables and chairs to seat up to 200 guests, 8 cocktail tables, a dry bar, 2 buffet tables, 8 four foot tables, Bride and Groom table, and a rustic truck beer station.
Decorations- We provide lighting in the barn which includes lantern style lights on the beams and cafe lights throughout with a beautiful lighted centerpiece. Couples are welcome to decorate any way they desire.
Coordination- We are available to assist in making your dream day come true. We help with planning out the timeline of events, organizing rehearsal, and helping your vendors to get set up.
Details
The rental fee includes the use of our venue on the event day in addition to Friday and Sunday of the same weekend. Rehearsal will be held Friday evenings 4-7 pm. The wedding day is Saturday 9 am- 11:30 pm. Clean up and pick up of personal items before 12 pm Sunday.
Dinnerware rental (ask for package pricing)- Couples have the option to rent dinnerware which includes; forks, spoons, knives, salad plates, dinner plates, champagne glasses, wine glasses, water glasses, and water pitchers.
